Congregational Self-Study Survey
Thank you for participating in the pre call self study. The questionnaire may take some time to complete, we ask that you allow sufficient time to thoughtfully and prayerfully consider your answers. The more you put into it, the more we, as a congregation, will get out of it.
The questionnaire asks questions - where you provide answers, and rankings - where you rank traits, functions and duties on a scale from 1 to 10. Definitions for the rankings are in a pdf linked below.
